• Any details given by you will only be used for dealing with your order

Payment details

• We accept all major credit and debit cards
• We do not keep your card details on file. This is handled by Protx secure online payments
• Your order will be processed by Lloyds TSB Cardnet Secure Online Payment 
• All information is encrypted for your security
• Your card statement will show as The Pen Zone
• A payment by cheque or postal order should be made payable to NTB Marketing.

Refunds

• We offer a full refund or replacement service for any faulty goods purchased from Space Pen Shop

• If the goods you purchase are unwanted or not what you expected, you may return them to us
  UNUSED & BOXED in their original condition for a refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
  The value of your refund will be the transaction price stated at the time
  of your order, less a charge of £3.00 PER ORDER to cover admin, postage & credit card fees.

• Any missing contents, damage to items or packaging will be deducted from the refund accordingly.

• All returns are the responsibility of the customer

• ALL Returns must be sent "Royal Mail, Special Delivery" or "Recorded Delivery" (this ensures receipt)

• We can only offer refunds on the same card used for the purchase

•  When returning goods please include your full details for a prompt refund
• Only when a product is faulty will we refund your returns postage costs all other postage costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer
